The Stinga
The STINGA is our newest Handplane. Its design is influenced by an old kneeboard shape & an experimental bodyboard shape by Tom Morey with a distinctive stinger tail design. A single concave on the bottom gives lift.
The STINGA is designed to be a great all- rounder, appealing to beginners, intermediate & advanced bodysurfers alike. It has a good amount of volume which allows for early entry into a wave but is very maneuverable while still providing great hold as you trim along the wave.
Shaped & crafted in Cornwall from recycled PU foam, this particular design features a purple tint on the deck, floral fabric on the base and finished in Epoxy.
Like all our handplanes the adjustable strap has a neoprene wrap made from recycled wetsuit material.
